[Sputnik-list] User Experience and Workflow

I've begun putting some ideas up on the wiki.  There are other details
and aspects of the system that can be listed but I at least wanted to
get the ball rolling.  If we (Yuri) can decide how the wiki should
behave, determining what sort of API or implementation we need should
be a straightforward experience.

The ideas posted are simply my own opinion of how the user's Sputnik
experience should go, and I'm definitely open to other perspective s
on how things specifically should work.  I am, however, approaching
this from the perspective of having an extensible wiki system that
provides features that users and developers would expect from some of
the other wiki packages, without unnecessarily bloating the core with
special case functions.
