[Sputnik-list] Sputnik with Xavante

I made some changes to sputnik/init.lua and to the installation script
so Sputnik should now install trivially with Xavante.  In fact, the
new installation instructions suggest trying it with Xavante first:

Note that there are now two ways to run Sputnik:

1. WSAPI + CGI
2. CGILua + Xavante

I am sure it's possible to run it with CGILua + CGI, but I am not sure
what the point of that would be, so I'll leave out the instructions
for that.  Running Sputnik with WSAPI + Xavante would be desirable,
but this is only possible with the version of WSAPI included in the
last snapshot.  So, let's wait till there is a new release of WSAPI.

The new version of Sputnik also fixes a bug with cookie paths that is
making project's wiki forget that you are logged in.  (I haven't
upgraded it, so it still does that.)
