making ?p= be the same as the home page definitely makes perfect
sense.  (can you send me your patch to save me time?)  I suppose it
also makes sense to allow the users to refer to it as [[]].  Storing
the page without a name might be trickier.  At the end of the day, I
will have to call the directory _something_, so it might as well be
"Home_Page".

Note that if ?p= just brings up Home_Page and you refer to it as [[]]
then you visitors should never actually see "Home_Page" in the URL,
right?
