[Sputnik-list] Jim's changes merged, new setup instructions

I merged some of Jim's recent changes into mainline and updated the
instructions for installing from Gitorious:

Follow those instructions if you want to get the latest and greatest.  Keep
in mind, though, that those instructions now assume that you'll be
installing a CVS version of the WSAPI rock.  You won't have to deal with CVS
directly, though, but keen in mind that things may be broken.

Also, I starting to plan a release of all the recent changes and started a
page for project management of this new iteration.  See
