Yes, between those two options, I would say let's just extend NOCREATE
behavior to all nodes by default. I suppose you have a point that the
current behavior is no less weird than system nodes staying invisible.
But this still leaves us with a question of what to do when the user
actually edits a system node. We could either force an upgrade on those
(and ensure that Sputnik runs after an upgrade) or keep the current
behavior, where you need to delete those nodes manually if you run into a
conflict.
