Have a cheap way to check if a version of a node is the default, and
actually upgrade the saved node if the node_default changes. This way
we could avoid and remove the NOCREATE flag as well. Either one would
be a sufficient change in my opinion.
So its either you don't create it and use the node default until its
edited (seems to make sense to me, since right now its rather odd that
the history page is "Created" randomly when someone clicks on it) or
you allow sputnik to upgrade node defaults. One is certainly easier
:P
