[Sputnik-list] Internationalizing and Colorizing Sputnik

First, I added simple support for internationalization to sputnik.

I added Russian translations.  Dado says he might find someone to help
with Portuguese.  If anyone is interested in doing any other language,
please let me know.

Second, I added support for easy (if nerdy) color selection.  See
http://www.freewisdom.org/projects/sputnik/Color_Schemes.

Both of those changes (as well as Greg's "preview") are only available
in the /trunk/ version.  The 0.2 version is frozen.

Finally, individual pages now have their own RSS feeds.  This includes
the News page, which has its feed at
http://www.freewisdom.org/projects/sputnik/Timeline.rss
