[Sputnik-list] Sputnik 0.2 and beyond

I fixed a bunch of little bugs and created a branch called 0.2.0. I
am now considering 0.2 feature-frozen. From now on the plan is the
following:

- Small bugs will be fixed in 0.2.0
- If there is a major bug fix, 0.2.1 will be created, then 0.2.2, etc.
- All new features will be developed in the trunk and 0.3.x branches
will be created for them when it makes sense to do so. When 0.3 is
ready to be feature-frozen, it will become 0.4.0

I updated the [Releases page][1] to reflect this.

If you want to just use the wiki, stick with 0.2.x, upgrading from
0.2.0 to 0.2.1, etc. when those come out. If you want to live on the
edge, welcome to 0.3 (actually developed in trunk). The plans for
0.3. are on the [Sputnik 0.3. page][2]. The first order of business
is to do whatever changes are necessary to take full advantage of
Sergio's subversion and POD modules. (Oh, and if anyone wants to
write more [storage modules][3], you can.) After that my main
interest is in adding ["Widgets"][4]. There is also a long list of
[nice-to-haves][5] which I may or may not get to in the near future.
