[Luaeclipse-developers] Release Checklist

Hi, people

I have made a checklist for the LuaEclipse release, adapted from the 
Kepler module release checklist. Hope it covers everything.

I uploaded a copy teporarily to 
http://luaeclipse.luaforge.net/checklist.html We should provide an 
oficial place for it later (preferably a wiki).

There are things the developers must do, but there are other things 
anyone can do. Help is appreciated.
