[Iup-users] svn build fail on win32 VC++2008express

  The fact is: it is complicated to build IUP from CVS. Even from source
packages is complicated.
 
  Since we are in a hurry to finish IUP 3 we can not spend some time on this
now, but this is something we have to improve for the future.
